Mobile Deposit Capture.
Deposit from anywhere at any time! Save time and a trip to the Credit Union with our Mobile Deposit Capture on the New Horizons Credit Union App.
Let’s get started, find the Piggy Bank icon and tap the icon to go to the Mobile Deposit Screen. Upon first deposit, you will be prompted to sign up for mobile deposit. Select Signup for mobile deposit at the bottom of the screen and fill out the information.
Once your username and password are approved, New Horizons Credit Union will send you an email verifying that you have been accepted as a new user.
Log in using the Member Username and Password that you chose, if you have any questions or problems, please contact us at 513-562-6600.
After initial set up, you will be able to Login and will be directed to this screen.
Here you choose the Deposit To account by clicking on it and selecting what account you would like to make the deposit to.
Also, below the Deposit To category is an Amount category, select that and enter the Amount.
When you are finished, click Done.
You will end up back on the home screen and now, you simply take a picture of the Front and the Back of your check and tap the Continue bar.
Then tap the Deposit Check bar. You will receive a confirmation that the deposit went through.
Deposits will post on the same business day once the check is reviewed and accepted. Any checks sent through Mobile Deposit Capture after 4:30 p.m. will be posted on the next business day.
